Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and security seals remain intact and undamaged.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
